New Rock Festival School ce held in Rousse in the region of Tosi month. Green Rock Fest focuses on groups, which are now starting their careers. The aim of the organizers is to allow young bands to show their creativity and find new friends.
In the first session of the festival will participate 7 Groups. Festival has gained international character, since two of the seven bands are from Bucharest.
